Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs Germany
Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over 80€. Below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.95€. Shipping costs for other countries can be found on the International Shipping page.
Express Shipping
With our shipping provider DPD, it is possible to place an express order within Germany. If you order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by 12:00 PM, your shipment will be delivered on the next business day. Here you have the option to choose whether you want to receive the shipment by the end of the next business day (surcharge of 7€), by 12:00 PM (surcharge of 10€), or even by 8:30 AM (surcharge of 45€) on the next business day.
Fast delivery
All orders received by approx. 10:00 AM on weekdays will leave our warehouse on the same day with our shipping service provider DHL and will mostly be delivered on the following day (ATTENTION: delays can unfortunately occur repeatedly with all shipping service providers, which are beyond our control). After we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to track the status of your delivery here.
Flexible delivery address
Are you not at home during the usual delivery times of DPD or DHL? We are happy to ship your goods to a delivery address different from the billing address.
Alternatively, you can have your parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany. You can register once here and use the advantages of DHL Packstation in the future.
Please note that you must select DHL as the shipping service provider for delivery to a Packstation.
Returns within 30 days
You can exercise your right of return within 30 days and send your delivery back to us.
Free returns within Germany
Within Germany, you can return your delivery free of charge. If you chose DHL as your shipping method, simply use the return label in your package for the return. If you chose DPD as your shipping method, you can easily download your return label from your customer account or via the link in the shipping confirmation.
Returns outside Germany
Please note that outside of Germany, you must send your return back to our contact address at your own expense and risk.

We reserve the right to charge you for shipments sent to us freight collect.
Lieblingstasche asks you to refrain from doing anything that would impair the value of the goods. The goods must be returned to Lieblingstasche unworn and in the same condition in which they were received by the recipient. Lieblingstasche will not accept used or customer-damaged goods as returns.
If possible, please use the same box in which you received the goods, or at least one of equal value, to return your item to Lieblingstasche.
