Shipping costs Germany

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €70.
For these items, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95.
Shipping costs for other countries can be found on the International Shipping page.

Express shipping

With our shipping partner DPD, you can place an express order within Germany. If you order by 12:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday), your shipment will be delivered the next business day. You can choose whether you want to receive your shipment by the end of the next business day (additional charge of €7), by 12:00 PM (additional charge of €10), or even by 8:30 AM (additional charge of €45) the next business day.

Fast delivery

All orders received on weekdays by approximately 1:00 PM leave our warehouse the same day via our shipping partner DPD. If you select DHL as your shipping partner, orders received by approximately 10:00 AM will leave our warehouse the same day. DHL and DPD typically deliver the majority of these orders the following day ( PLEASE NOTE: delays can unfortunately occur with all shipping partners, which are beyond our control) . After we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your delivery here.

Flexible delivery address

Are you not at home during the usual delivery times of DPD or DHL? We will gladly ship your goods to a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

Alternatively, you can have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany.
Please note that for delivery to a Packstation, you must select the shipping provider DHL.

Returns accepted within 30 days

Within 30 days you can exercise your right of return and send your delivery back to us.

Returns within Germany are free of charge.

Within Germany, you can return your delivery free of charge. If you chose DHL as your shipping method, simply use the return label included in your package. If you chose DPD as your shipping method, you can easily download your return label from your customer account or via the link in your shipping confirmation.

Returns from outside Germany

Please note that if you are located outside of Germany, you must return your order to our contact address at your own expense and risk.

We reserve the right to charge you for any shipments sent to us freight collect.

Lieblingstasche requests that you refrain from any actions that diminish the value of the goods. The goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition as when they arrived. Lieblingstasche will not accept returns of used or damaged goods.

If possible, please use the same box in which you received the goods, or at least an equivalent one, to return your item to Lieblingstasche.
