Shipping Costs Germany

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €70.
Below that, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95.
Shipping costs for other countries can be found on the International Shipping page.

Express Shipping

With our shipping partner DPD, it is possible to place an express order within Germany. If you order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by 12:00 PM, your shipment will be delivered the next working day. You can choose to receive your shipment by the end of the next working day (additional €7), by 12:00 PM (additional €10), or even by 8:30 AM (additional €45) on the next working day.

Fast Delivery

All orders received on weekdays by approximately 1:00 PM leave our warehouse the same day with our shipping partner DPD. If you select DHL as the shipping provider, orders received by approximately 10:00 AM leave our warehouse the same day. DHL and DPD usually deliver most of these orders the following day (PLEASE NOTE: delays can unfortunately occur with all shipping providers beyond our control). After we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your delivery status here.

Flexible Delivery Address

Are you not at home during the usual delivery times of DPD or DHL? We are happy to send your goods to a delivery address different from the billing address.

Alternatively, you can have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany.
Please note that for delivery to a Packstation, you must select DHL as the shipping provider.

Returns within 30 Days

You can exercise your right of return and send your delivery back to us within 30 days.

Free Returns within Germany

Within Germany, you can return your delivery free of charge. If you chose DHL as the shipping method, simply use the return label included in your package. If you chose DPD, you can easily download your return label in your customer account or via the link in the shipping confirmation.

Returns Outside Germany

Please note that outside Germany, you must return your shipment at your own cost and risk to our contact address.

We reserve the right to charge you for shipments sent to us without postage paid.

Lieblingstasche asks you to refrain from anything that could impair the value of the goods. The goods must be returned to Lieblingstasche unworn and in the same condition as they arrived to the recipient. Lieblingstasche does not accept used or customer-damaged goods as returns.

Please use the same box you received the goods in, or at least an equivalent one, to send your return to Lieblingstasche if possible.
